About

Stacy Brooks

I have been practicing law since 1994, bringing over three decades of experience to every case I handle. Over the years, I have been licensed in both Arkansas and Oklahoma and have served not only as a criminal defense attorney, but also as an Assistant District Attorney. That experience gives me a well-rounded perspective on how cases are built, prosecuted, and defended.

My practice focuses on criminal defense and related matters, including felonies, misdemeanors, DUI cases, driver’s license reinstatements, moving violations, forfeiture claims, and expungements. I understand how overwhelming the legal system can feel, and my goal is to guide you through it with clarity and confidence.

I believe every client deserves to know what is happening in their case. Communication matters, which is why I make it a priority to return phone calls and keep you informed at every stage. You should never feel left in the dark about something as important as your future.

My approach to practicing law is grounded in fairness, honesty, and respect. I treat every client with dignity and take the time to understand their situation without judgment. I am also committed to providing legal services at a fair price. I have seen too many individuals taken advantage of by attorneys who overcharge, and I work to ensure my services remain accessible.

I understand that legal representation can be a financial burden, which is why I offer flexible payment plans for those who need them. I also provide free in-person consultations so you can understand your options before making any decisions.

Above all, I am committed to being truthful with every client. You can expect straightforward advice, realistic expectations, and a legal strategy designed to protect your rights and your future.
